Sprinkler Tank Refurbishment & Installation
Sprinkler Tank Repair
Our sprinkler tank repair system is ideal for mastic sealed tanks with severe corrosion or leakage areas.
Existing leaks are repaired using fibreglass matting and epoxy resin. A three layer epoxy coating is then applied, preventing future corrosion. Epoxy repair is the most frequently used method, this system is a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Sprinkler Tank Lining
Our EPDM sprinkler tank linings are most commonly used to replace existing linings which have failed. This can be caused by accidental damage or ageing.
This system can also be used to seal leaking mastic fire tanks or concrete tanks which have developed leaks. Tank lining is the quickest refurbishment option, with a project duration of around three days.
Sprinkler Tank Installation
Sprinkler tank installation and replacement is available in a wide range of storage options. We currently install galvanised steel tanks with internal linings, and fully sealed sectional tanks.
Each type of tank has its own advantages and is suited to specific environments. Our technical department would be happy to carry out a site survey and submit any recommendations.
Sprinkler Tank Inspection - Underwater ROV
Sprinkler systems can save lives and property in the event of a fire. It can help a company to limit the damage and get back to production quickly.
That’s why it’s crucial to ensure the sprinkler system will work if it’s required. Routine sprinkler tank maintenance is the only way to ensure that the system is ready to perform its function during an emergency.
Life-saving sprinkler systems have one essential element, and that of course, is water. But how is water delivered when fire breaks out? Where does it come from?
Although water can be directly delivered from a mains supply, this is not considered the most reliable source – even with a booster pump. Sprinkler systems play a vital role in life safety and asset protection.
